Prices and payment
All prices on our website are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order using our secure checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error is found after you have ordered, we will contact you to offer the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Delivery
We offer free tracked UK delivery on every order. Delivery timescales shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Returns
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Perfumes are hygiene products, so items that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Products
Our fragrances are intended for adult use. Keep perfumes away from children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes and do not use on broken or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in respect of any order is limited to the purchase price of the goods ordered. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
